Command line interface

The other mode of execution of *B-recs* involves the command line. It is a more
powerful mode, since it allows for instance to run *B-recs* on a compute
cluster. This is something you are likely to do for medium size or large size
datasets.

Fluorophore localization mode
-----------------------------
When the output is a list of localization of fluorophore, THRPOINT is the
minimal intensity of a fluorophore to be considered.
